Gary Clark Jr. Premiers ‘Ain’t Messin’ Round’ Music Video

Revered blues guitarist/vocalist Gary Clark Jr. has premiered the official music video to his song ‘Ain’t Messin’ Round.’ It can be found below.

The song is taken from Clark Jr.’s debut record ‘Blak and Blu,’ which was released last month and debuted at #6 on the Billboard top 200 albums chart. The album follows his highly acclaimed 2011 EP, ‘Bright Lights.’

The Austin-based guitarist recently spoke with the Huffington Post about the album: “Well, I approached the album in kind of the same way as I approached the EP…I was doing all kinds of things on the album. Basically, I had a bunch of ideas and put them all on one record and I had a good time doing it.”

Furthermore, Clark Jr. has announced he will help to raise funds and lend support to those affected by Superstorm Sandy by performing at the Hurricane Sandy Relief Benefit Concert this Tuesday, November 6th at the Brooklyn Bowl in New York. Clark Jr. ‘s set will begin at 9:00pm.

“My second home is NYC, and I’m deeply concerned about all of the folks displaced from their homes on the east coast as a result of Hurricane Sandy,” Clark Jr. wrote in a statement issued last week. “Staten Island was one of the hardest hit areas and needs a little extra love and support. We’re doing a show this Tuesday, November 6th at the Brooklyn Bowl to do what we can to help the people of Staten Island recover from this disaster.”
