KISS Collaborates with J-Pop Group Momorio Clover Z

In what is one of the stranger collaborations to take place in recent memory, KISS have joined up with Japanese pop group MOMORIO CLOVER Z for a single, which will be released on January 28th, 2015.

The track is entitled Yume No Ukiyo Ni Saitemina and was composed by Kiss’ Paul Stanley and Greg Collins, with lyrics written by Yuho Iwasato. Momorio Clover Z are front and center on the track, with Kiss generally providing background vocals and music. It’ll release via iTunes and at retail, and in stores it’ll be available to grab in two versions, the “Momoclo Edition” and the “KISS Edition.” The KISS Edition will come with Samurai Son, which uses the lead track as its base and is sung by Kiss, with Momorio Clover Z participating on backing vocals. If you buy the Momoclo Edition however, you’ll get a Blu-ray disc which contains the music video as a bonus.

Momorio Clover Z will open for Kiss on March 3rd, at the Tokyo Dome.

The two bands have released a 50 second teaser of the video for the track, which you can check out below.
