Slash Announces 2013 Tour

Former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash has announced the first batch of dates for his 2013 tour in support of his latest solo album ‘Apocalyptic Love.’ Dates and venues can be found below.

Slash recently released a three-disc special enhanced edition of ‘Apocalyptic Love’ exclusively at Best Buy. The album contains two bonus songs: ‘Crazy Life’ and ‘Carolina,’ as well as eight unreleased acoustic tracks from Slash and his band, Miles Kennedy and the Conspirators.

In addition, Slash’s concert DVD, ‘Live From NY,’ which was filmed at his sold-out record release show at Irving Plaza in New York City and a collectible guitar pick tin are also available with the bundle.

‘Apocalyptic Love’ was originally released in May this year and debuted at No. 4 on The Billboard 200 chart after it sold around 38,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release.

Slash recently revealed to Rapid City Journal that he and vocalist Myles Kennedy had already begun working on his third solo record: “We are working on material, gathering ideas for another [record] at this point,” he said. “We are sort of like in those early stages where I’m just recording different guitar ideas and I turn Myles on to it. He’s thinking about his stuff and what he’s going to do with it and so on.”
