Megadeth guitarist/vocalist Dave Mustaine has scheduled a series of Guitar Center appearances for this month. Dates and locations can be found below.
Mustaine will host meet-and-greets and special autograph signings at three Guitar Center locations as part of the company’s ‘Metal Month’ celebrations.
Guitar Center is also asking guitarists around the world to take part in the festivities by recording and sending in their most metal riff.
The following statement was issued on Guitar Center’s official Facebook page: “Think you have the sickest, most face-crushing lick? Let’s hear it. Post your best 15-second or less metal lick via Instagram using the hashtag #GCMetalMonth. Meanwhile, Mustaine is on the road with Megadeth for their Gigantour, which kicked off last week in New Hampshire. The tour is being headlined by Megadeth, with support from Black Label Society, Device, Hellyeah, Newsted and Death Division.
