The Who’s Pete Townshend On Mick Jagger’s Genitalia: “I Remember It As Being Huge And Extremely Tasty”

Renowned The Who guitarist Pete Townshend has joked about the recent controversy surrounding The Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger’s sexual anatomy and sex life.

During a recent press conference announcing The Who’s upcoming ‘Quadrophenia’ tour, Townshend bantered: “What I remember of the size of Mick Jagger’s penis – I remember it as being huge and extremely tasty.”

Townshend then turned his attention to The Who vocalist Roger Daltrey. “I don’t remember anything about Roger’s. . . and wouldn’t dare to mention it. Let’s hope that makes the Internet.”

Townshend remarks stem from the less than complementary comments about Jagger’s genital region made by The Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards in his recent memoir ‘Life.’

Jagger’s sex life has frequented in worldwide news reports in recent times, after it was alleged in the new book ‘Mick: The Wild Life and Mad Genius of Jagger’ that he had a sexual encounter with fellow rock star David Bowie and had romantically pursued both actress Angelina Jolie and current French first lady Carla Bruni.

Meanwhile, The Who will embark on their U.S. ‘Quadrophenia’ tour this fall. Tickets will go on sale through the Who’s official fan club at 10 a.m. July 20th and to the public on Friday, July 27th.
